POSITION SUMMARY
The Enterprise Marketing Manager conceptualizes, creates, and implements marketing strategies to meet our long and short-term business objectives for our Enterprise Customers. Enterprise Customers at 4over include 2 groups: Large franchises and Named Accounts. Each group requires a distinct strategy to reach and nurture the targets, and experience building, scaling, and managing an Account-Based Marketing program is a must-have. This role is also responsible for enabling our sales team for success with content, training, and other programs. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders including other marketing leaders, product, sales, and customer experience is a must.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
- Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve corporate goals and support our franchises and top customers
- Develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution
- Lead the development distinct marketing strategies and plans targeting our 2 Enterprise audiences: Franchises and Named Accounts, including communication and engagement strategies and partnering with marketing team to implement across social, digital and in-person to reach our target audiences
- Own sales enablement strategy, working with sales leaders to identify needs and support creation of training content or design to improve results, such as content, collateral, training, role plays, coaching sessions, etc, and project manage the rollout of sales enablement programs
- Regularly communicate with sales management, reps and key stakeholders to build the right content, processes, and training and to continuously evaluate knowledge transfer and learning needs
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing to define KPIs for initiatives and campaigns, monitor to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, and make recommendations for continuous improvement, and overall success
- Attend industry events and meet with customers regularly
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, liberal arts, marketing, or any other related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in leading, developing and executing successful integrated marketing programs for B2B business, delivering growth, and building strong brands.
- 2 years of experience in ABM marketing or similar field, with the desire to learn more about account-based marketing
- Comfortable working directly with SVP Marketing and Product for strategy sessions and planning as needed
Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Strong office software knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to manage others, contribute individually, and manage outside vendors as needed.
- Resourceful self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively; able to accomplish projects with little supervision.
- Strong project and time management skills; comfortable with frequent change and short lead times
- Ability to work successfully with some ambiguity, some weekends/non-standard hours.
- Strategic thinker who is also willing to roll up their sleeves and execute the details.
- Strong collaborator who can work successfully across stakeholders.
- Possess high professionalism and poise and remains composed in high-stress situations.
- Ability to demonstrate successful prioritization and simultaneous management of multiple initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, responsible, self-directed, with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in e-commerce, information technology, or related field a plus.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OR INFORMATION
- Position may require occasional travel as needed for quarterly or more frequent team meetings
