We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping customers, taking inbound calls, and answering questions. - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in inside sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Knowledge of technical sales is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
