As a key strategy lead, you will set the strategic visions across paid media channels, inclusive of media mix, audience strategy, and media measurement. Accountabilities: As a Media Strategist, you will serve as the primary internal media point of contact for a therapeutic area portfolio, brand leads, US engagement leads, and other cross-functional teams. You will manage and lead media agency campaigns that plan, buy, performance manage, and optimize integrated paid media campaigns. You will also collaborate with internal partners across Marketing, Omnichannel Strategy, Analytics, Reporting, Regulatory, and Channel Excellence. Furthermore, you will proactively work with media agencies, brands, and other analytics teams to design media measurement frameworks and metrics identification. Essential Skills/Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree - 6 years of paid media experience across online (display, online video, paid search) and offline (TV, Print, Out of Home) channels - Documented track record of success building and maintaining strong client relationships and improving Internal management experience. - Successful evidence of experience planning, developing, and implementing media plans, ideally cross-channel - Proven experience demonstrating 1st and 3rd party data for targeting segmentation. - Collaborative team settings and liaising between agencies and media naive teams - Experience working with campaigns targeting multiple customer groups. - An excellent presenter and facilitator, adept at creating effective workshops for high-level colleagues and internal team members. - Comfortable navigating multinational corporate environment supplying to and prioritizing multiple high-level projects. Desirable Skills/Experience: - 8 Years of paid media experience across online and offline channels - Knowledge of digital media trends and technologies including programmatic platforms; display, video, social media, and mobile advertising; native ad units and content marketing, etc. strongly preferred. - Experience working in a regulated industry When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
