Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays from 9pm-4am
Estelle's is hiring a Doorman. The Doorman is the first point of contact our guests encounter when entering our establishment. We expect exceptional, friendly service, along with a strong work ethic. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!
Located at the Six Corners in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood, Estelle's has been a neighborhood staple for over a decade. Estelle's is open at 6pm every night, serving food and drink until 4am. With its art deco decor, combined with a great juke box, a friendly staff, and quality food and beverage, Estelle's remains the best rock bar Bucktown has to offer. In addition, we host a variety of private parties.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Greet guests in a friendly way and check IDs as they enter the establishment
- Maintain lines and crowd control
- Enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe, and remove guests if needed
- Clean and remove trash throughout bar, including patios
- Assist in private parties as needed, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and assisting guests with their belongings to their cars
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Be a good teammate
- Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
