Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4pm

As a Material Handler, you’ll be assisting Distribution Center team members by loading, unloading, and moving materials that will ultimately end up in our customers’ hands.
Here’s what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
- Unload and load LTL trailers.
- Wrap and weigh each outgoing pallet.
- Assist in staging of products for upcoming mailings.
- Assist in putting away palletized products.
- Wrap, weigh, store, and load damaged embroidery goods.
- Restocking all inventoried packaging and shipping supplies.
- Pick up and consolidate empty wood pallets throughout the Distribution Center.
- Assist in the unloading of import containers.
- Assist in the assembly or adjusting of pallet racking as needed.
- Assist in cycle counts of shipping/packing supplies as needed.
- Assist in keeping all stock locations current and accurate.
- Assist in pulling of customer’s orders held in inventory.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
- Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties directed by the Receiving Supervisor, Fulfillment Supervisor, or the Fulfillment Manager.

Required education/skills/experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Previous inventory or receiving experience, preferred.
- Prior data entry and computer experience desirable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

- Associates working 8 hours will get one 20-minute break (or two 10 min breaks)
- Associates working 8.5 hours will get 30 minute punched out lunch and two 10 minute breaks
- Work will be performed indoors.
- Work will be performed at 4imprint, Oshkosh.
