HOURS : Monday-Friday, 6 : 30am-3 : 00pm (8 hour shift with 30 minute lunch)

REPORTS TO : Receiving Supervisor

As a Stocked Merchandise Associate, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by processing orders for shipment to our customers or for our embroidery department along with receiving and maintaining inventory on our wide variety of Import Service products.

Here's what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis : Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
• Pick and pack blank stocked merchandise orders.
• Receive, inspect, count, and inventory Import products.
• Help maintain an inventory database on Import products in Oasis.
• Perform physical counts on inventory as required.

• Process damaged goods, miss-picked orders, and embroidery replacement orders.
• Ensure accuracy on each order.
• Back up to Receiving Associate - Embroidery "book in."
• Back up the "Save the Day" process.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties directed by the Receiving Supervisor or Fulfillment Manager.

Required education / skills / experience :

High school diploma or equivalent.What if I don't have a high school diploma or equivalent? 4imprint is an organization committed to learning and curiosity.

We'll work with you on your journey to earning this equivalency, within your first 1 year of employment.

• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Prior data entry and computer experience desirable.
• Previous inventory or shipping experience preferred.
