Responsibilities:
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute non-profit events to achieve fundraising and awareness goals.
- Collaborate with team leaders to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Manage all aspects of event execution, from check-in to exit.
- Direct Marketing:
- Develop and implement direct marketing strategies to reach target audiences and maximize participant involvement.
- Utilize traditional marketing, to promote campaigns and engage potential donors.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for team improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align event strategies with overall organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with donors, leaders, and administration to ensure everyone is well-informed and engaged in the event planning process.
- Enthusiasm for non-profit work and a strong desire to contribute to community causes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Weekly pay basis including base salary and commissions.
