The Client Representative plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customers. The Client Representative also supports the sales process, tracks profitability and losses (PNLs), and focuses on customer retention. Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Interact with new and existing customers in a professional and timely manner, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services, addressing client inquiries and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing communication.
- Assist the sales team by providing product knowledge and information during the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and preferences.
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations, offering insights and suggestions to enhance the sales process.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients as needed. Profit and Loss (PNL) Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze the profitability and losses associated with various products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and expenses related to client accounts.
- Identify areas for cost savings or revenue growth and provide recommendations to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the finance or accounting department to ensure accurate and timely reporting of PNL data.
Customer Retention:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates.
- Proactively identify potential issues or challenges that may impact customer satisfaction or loyalty.
- Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences, anticipating future requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve any service or product-related issues.
Product and Service Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through training programs, workshops, and self-study.
- Educate clients about new products or services and their benefits, helping them make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or other customer management systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.

Pay: $650.00 - $850.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
