The Sales Recruiter will play a crucial role in our continued, aggressive growth with responsibilities for posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. What You'll Do...

• Post open positions on professional sites, job boards, and social media
• Passive candidate search on LinkedIn, really, and other online recruiting platforms
• Proactively generate leads and build a candidate pipeline.
• Cold call candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screening (phone and virtual
• Schedule calls and interviews
• Manage calendars
• Use ATS to keep track of open roles.
• Send out emails (e.g., confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails)
• Coordinate background checks and training plans
• Regular communication with company leadership to determine high-priority locations and positions and provide data analytics to update on progress
• Effectively and professionally correspond with candidates regarding their status in the recruitment process.
• Assist in the creation of company job posting sites to ensure consistent company brand
• Research and suggest new opportunities to increase candidate pipeline and volume

What's Required...

• 2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
• One year of candidate sourcing experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly
• Familiarity with the Home Improvement / Construction industry is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, really, and other online recruiting platforms
