The Program Events/Marketing Coordinator will assist in marketing efforts across our programs in the EECCA region, especially 500 Global in Georgia Accelerator Program. This role will support the Georgia Programs team and the Brand, Marketing & Communications team by executing impactful campaigns across major channels in the EECCA region. The Program Events/Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving awareness and action for our founder programs, attracting talented founders and investors into the 500 Global network.

The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and community outreach with experience in event marketing and coordination, leveraging email, copywriting, landing pages, online events, and social media. You are a strong communicator, take feedback well, with the ability to develop, track, and optimize campaigns in collaboration with other team members.

Essential Functions
  • Drive Marketing Strategy and Timeline: Manage key milestones and deliverables, ensuring successful strategy implementation.
  • Email Campaign Management: Collaborate with Program and Marketing teams to develop engaging email campaigns.
  • Social Media Campaign Management: Create and implement impactful social media campaigns for brand awareness and conversions.
  • Event Management and Marketing: Plan and execute program-related, as well as community events, developing marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Storytelling about Founders: Collaborate with founders and alumni to articulate their stories for marketing materials.
  • Performance Measurement: Implement tools to measure performance for all marketing efforts, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Website Management: Draft and edit program website pages, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Ad Hoc Copywriting and Copyediting: Support ad hoc copywriting and copyediting needs across various marketing materials.
  • Content Creation and Asset Management: Create content during in-person programming, events, and speaking engagements, and keep it organized and accessible in Google Drive.
  • PR Process Liaison: Coordinate the publishing of press releases, adhering to timelines and effective communication.


Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience in email marketing, social media, and campaign build out.
  • 1-3 years experience in event marketing and coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is required.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with various channel tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Wordpress, Zapier).
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating events alongside complementary marketing efforts to drive engagement and active registration.
  • Experience using design tools such as Adobe Suite and Canva. A strong project manager who can juggle multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing startup environment.
  • Must be able to communicate and work with a team across several time zones


Physical Requirements
  • Based in Tbilisi, Georgia preferred.
