We’re a family-owned and operated dealership with over 20 years of serving the community in and prepared to scale. We are looking for a Dealership Managing Partner
who wants to take over a turn-key business model that will be heavily focused on the Hispanic community in our region. We are looking for a candidate who wants to relocate to Fredericksburg, VA
The Dealership Managing Partner would be responsible for:
- Directing and monitoring all dealership management or supervisory personnel
functions and completing formal performance evaluations of all department managers at regularly scheduled intervals.
- Planning dealership operations for the coming year and submits to the dealer for approval.
- Meeting with the comptroller/office manager monthly to review departmental forecasts for consistency with the annual forecast.
- Meeting with managers individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performance.
- Monitoring the daily operating control (DOC), recommending improved courses of action where necessary.
- Communicating management policies and procedures to all employees and ensuring that they are understood and followed.
- Reviewing all requests for training, approving those which are appropriate and consistent with the dealership's goals for professional/technical ability and advancement, and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Coordinating with the business office to ensure that records are maintained
accurately.
- Developing merchandise strategies and assisting in creating effective,cost-efficient advertising programs.
Qualifications for Dealership Managing Partner
- Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building.
- Must be able to communicate and manage Hispanic teams.
- Cultural awareness of the Hispanic community is required.
- Recruitment experience of Hispanic Salespeople
- In-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicles, finance options, and sales process.
- Intuition to anticipate which cars will appeal to different customers.
- Active listening to best determine a customer’s wants and needs.
- Persuasiveness to convince customers to make a purchase.
- Confidence to create a positive impression on customers.
- Negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring profit for the dealership.
- Organization and time management to handle many different customers, including past customers, at once.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
