Email Marketing Lead, Senior Advisor - Primary Care Evernorth is looking for an ambitious marketer to join the Virtual and Workplace Care marketing team to manage the execution of our email marketing programs for both our B2B and direct-to-consumer audiences. As the lead for email marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to shape strategy, execute campaigns, and use data to optimize performance. Bringing together your web development, marketing technology and email experience, you will deliver targeted and impactful messaging that helps more patients get access to the care they need. This role will play a significant role in driving the growth of an accelerated business within the Evernorth portfolio, and will collaborate closely with leaders in marketing, sales and client success. Responsibilities Manage email databases and segment lists based on behavior, demographics, and other criteria Build out emails in Marketo (some HTML coding is required) from content and design files created within Marketo Design Studio by the Creative Services team Manage all email execution, including QA, scheduling, and deploying email campaigns and nurture streams through Marketo Track and optimize email programs to maximize engagement and revenue generation with B2B and member audiences Develop high frequency A/B and/or multivariate testing plans to inform multi-channel optimizations Partner with marketing and analytics team members to monitor and improve email performance within the lifecycle of our omnichannel B2B and B2C programs Work closely with business marketing leadership on email strategy and with sales operations partners in handoff from Marketo to Salesforce CRM Work closely with member engagement and B2C marketing teams to manage data and customization across our broad client base Lead enhancements to internal processes and marketing automation technology in partnership with internal Marketing Technology Center of Excellence to improve email content, triggering, and measurement capabilities Stay up to date on email best practices and apply learnings to improve target engagement Skills and Experience should include 6-8 years experience building and executing Marketo email campaigns Understanding of a Marketo-Salesforce integration preferred Proven track record of impacting business results through email campaigns Independent self-starter and ability to work within a fast-paced team environment Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization 6-8 years of experience in email management or web development Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business or related field preferred Healthcare marketing experience is helpful Ability to work from a Cigna office 3 days a week, as requested by the business If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
