Position Summary:

Our 5G replenishment team is seeking an experienced Walmart item creation specialist in our Bentonville, AR office. This role supports the entire 5G team by assisting with key item setup and maintenance activities with the Walmart & Sam’s Club accounts. Provide key in depth item setup & maintenance support to the 5G team with timely status communication. This position can develop into a replenishment account manager role. Growing into providing key data and analytics of performance within product categories across several key accounts. Important* Must have Walmart Retail Link experience and Item Creation experience

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Item setup both stores (in Retail link and internally):
• Data sync
• Spec sheets
• UPC Templates
• Total Item Info
• Item maintenance
• PO Maintenance:
• Date changes
• PO cancels
• PO activations
• Able to take full ownership of your categories by being involved with Walmart and Sales teams
• Deep understanding of Retail Link to align with external drivers to identify opportunities.
• Take sales data from Retail Link make recommendations to Walmart or the Sales team
• Evaluate information sources, provide insight and analysis
• Understand business drivers and brand strategies.
• Ability to manage expectations from different clients
• Develop strong working relationships, be able to provide rebuttal, as well as suggestions when necessary.

Requirements:

Important*Must have Walmart Retail Link experience and Item Setup experience

• Minimum of 1-3 years previous experience
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Retail Link, Walmart Item Creation & Maintenance processes
• Knowledge of Wal-Mart merchandising processes/environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy of data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,806.00 - $44,850.00 per year
