Hours: Monday - Friday
Shift: 7am-3:30pm

What You Will Do:
- Count, weigh, and measure parts to verify quantity and size to meet order requirements.
- Ensure all packages are labeled correctly with the company transit label.
- Prioritize accuracy on all shipping orders by applying verification methods.
- Demonstrate proper packaging techniques to ensure product integrity and safe transport.
- Utilize tools to assemble and pack crates for large orders.
- Ensure timely processing of orders to meet handling times and shipping methods.
- Ability to understand and execute all shipping-related paperwork, to include commercial invoices, packing slips, and staging.
- Execute recall or redirect of packages in transit when required.
- Understand and implement required procedures (Standard Operations Instructions) as established by the Quality Management System.
- Loads trucks /van using a forklift and/or pallet jack.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Demonstrate warehouse safety and adhere to guidelines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Do You Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 year of shipping & receiving experience
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be coachable and take direction from management or team leads.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and apply new packaging techniques.
- Basic understanding of warehouse function and item processing.
- Workers are expected to help meet and exceed predetermined daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
- Able to obtain and/or possess forklift certification.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and ERP inventory software
- Ability to input data via typing and print reports as needed.
- Understanding of DHL, Fedex, UPS, USPS, and other shipping services required.
- Shipstation or related shipping management software experience is a plus.
- Experience with Epicor is plus!
