Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule construction activities, including subcontractor management, material procurement, and equipment utilization.
- Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and schedules to ensure projects are completed within established parameters.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate regularly with project owners, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address issues, and resolve conflicts.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and other relevant records.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
