The position is part of the Finance organization in the Colombian Diagnostics affiliate. Main responsibilities Deal structuring: Develop structured commercial agreements by understanding business requirements and sourcing relevant input information Business partnering: Partner with the organization to craft pricing strategies, monitor deal compliance, assess profitability targets, drive initiatives, and more Reporting and systems: Carry out specific reporting tasks, key user functions and drive implementation of new systems and requirements Focus: Contribute towards the overall financial acumen of the organization and help to create focus on outcomes and levers that will move the needle Transformation: Embrace and role model the new ways of working, contributing to the local transformation journey Who you are You are passionate about the impact on patients you can have? In order to set you up for success you require the following qualifications: You have a bachelor's degree (business, economics, legal, similar) or higher At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights Experience in pricing is a plus You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive projects Passionate about agile ways of working; relevant experience is a plus Proficiency in English and proficiency in Spanish Are you inspired and energized by the opportunity to co-create the future of patients in the countries in scope?
