Essential job duties and roles:

  • Responsibilities: This position is responsible for assisting the Corporate Controller in managing the activities of the department. Essential job duties and roles:
  • Reconciles accounts payable vouchers and prepares payment.
  • Reviews and books contractor invoices and employee’s expenses.
  • Prepares the direct labor report spreadsheet on a weekly basis.
  • Deposits cash receipt from customers.
  • Communicates with vendor and customers to resolve issues.
  • Verifies customer trade references and fill out credit applications.
  • Prepares and reviews reports, drafts and memos.
  • Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing document and storing in database

9. Assist with bookkeeping/accounting functions as appropriate. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Note: Accounting Clerk may delegate all duties to any qualified clerk as necessary. However, such delegation does not relieve him/her of the overall responsibility. Knowledge required: Business skills, accounting, finance and clerical Communications:Internal and external communication. Verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
