What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at 65 Broadway Dental?

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients to the dental office - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries - Manage patient records and update information as necessary - Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims - Collect and process payments from patients - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Experience: - Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred - Knowledge of financial management, medical management, and fiscal management - Familiarity with healthcare management practices and procedures - Ability to supervise and coordinate administrative tasks - Experience in acute care or medical administrative support is a plus - Understanding of managed care principles and processes - Experience in veterinary or hospital settings is beneficial We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our employees. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
