As a Medical representative , you will be responsible for the Implementation of GSK values through effective interaction with HCPs in a defined territory helping their patients to do more, feel better and live longer.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following :

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver GSK strategies in a defined territory and offer the appropriate solution being a Trusted Advisor to HCPs

Accountability : Knowledge :

Knowledge :

• Achieve GSK standards in disease and product knowledge.
• Annual certification with full alignment to all related SOPs, policies, and local regulations.

Activities :

• Meet GSK standards of efficiency and effectiveness KPIs.
• Drive scientific discussion through conducting group doctor meetings.
• Care about GSK assets and optimize the company resources.

Application of Knowledge :

• Timely completion of territory and call planning, as well as tracking the implementation.
• Meet the defined skills standards measured by GSO achievement.
• Ensure all activities are executed in line with related SOPs, policies, and local regulations.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction in the defined territory.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications :

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
• Candidate Must be a Certified Pharmacist.
• Candidate preferred to be based in Makkah.
• Maximum 2 years of sales experience liaising with health care professionals.

Preferred Qualifications :

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :

• Sales & Distribution Knowledge.
• Working experience in a teaching hospital environment
• Demonstrated leadership and strong team collaborative skills
• Strong working knowledge of interpretation of scientific research studies
• Proven ability to build and maintain access to a network of physicians
• Functional knowledge of data analysis techniques
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
