We're looking for an outstanding individual to manage our beautiful store. The Store Manager will serve as the face of the brand, and will be responsible for the strategic operations and profitability of all retail locations. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and an ability to motivate and inspire employees. We're looking for a creative individual who can use their leadership skills to effectively meet business goals while being able to improve processes and systems within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a 24 hour branded retail store with the purpose of increasing sales and overall profitability by providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring employees meet or exceed performance goals.
- Supervise, organize, train, and motivate employees.
- Train new employees to ensure they are adeptly performing their assigned tasks.
- Provide direction and feedback as needed to ensure employees are meeting company goals.
- Manage company banking, ordering and daily paperwork.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment to comply with all health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Retail Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail Store Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
