Allocation Analyst

Job Title: Allocation Analyst Reports to: Senior Planner, Allocations Location: Remote (PST hours) The Role The Allocation Analyst is a reactive collaborator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They are responsible for the successful execution on inventory management of North America retail stores that fit to company financial goals. A strong candidate for this role is entrepreneurial and strategic with the ability to partner and effectively communicate with many cross-functional teams. Your Impact The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to: 1. Support the Inventory Management Planner on deliverables such as flow forecast of inventory to stores and execution of exiting of inventory from stores (RTWs, transfers, etc) 2. Execute allocation and automatic replenishment to retail fleet, including setup of mins, maxes, item lists and managing weeks of supply. 3. Compile new assortment worksheets to facilitate allocation strategies, including average store set-up quantities and tier recommendations. 4. Partner and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, such as Merchandising and the Field. Retail Allocation experience is a plus.
