Seven One Seven Parking Enterprise is seeking a energetic, service-minded Loss Prevention Supervisor for the Tampa Bay Area to work as follows:
Monday-Wednesday 4:00pm-11:00pm Saturday-Sunday 9:00am-4:00pm (Thursday & Friday's are the days off)
The Ideal Candidates Responsibilities will be as follows:
- Conducting field parking lots and site audits
- Audits are focused on field operations and require the associate to conduct 80% - 90% of the work in the field (outdoors)
- Audits will be performed using approved methods outlined in the Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures Manual
- Works with the Director of Risk Management on all surveillance projects
- Administrative duties as required including daily audits reports and various weekly and monthly reports
- Communicates with external departments and parties based on audit findings
- Contributes to the formulation of audit strategies and departmental planning
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years experience in loss prevention/auditing position is required; training provided
- Advanced problem solving skills with initiative to investigate, analyze and resolve issues
- Strong computer skills required, including MS Word and Excel
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, in a team and meet deadlines
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties
- Must have flexible work schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays to meet operational need
- Arriving to every scheduled shift, on time and in a neat and clean uniform provided.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time using arms to direct cars and traffic
