Each center is focused on the same mission—to provide quality dental implant treatment for people who are looking for a long-term solution to chronic dental issues. ClearChoice Holdings is a provider in practice management services to a network of affiliated same-day dental implant centers. ClearChoice provides administrative and non-clinical services to dental implant centers, a network of doctor owned and operated dental treatment centers providing dental implant care (similar to ADMI/TAG). In 2022 we received "Top 150 Places to Work" by the Denver Post. We are looking for a creative and skilled Digital Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually compelling and effective digital assets for various platforms, including site landing pages, SEO pages, blogs, and other digital marketing materials. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of design aesthetics, a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing assets. Responsibilities: Create visually engaging and effective digital assets for site landing pages, SEO pages, blogs, and other digital marketing materials as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Service Line, Brand, Merchandising and SEO to bring creative concepts to life through quality and conversion driving assets Ensure all digital assets align with the brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and consistent visual identity Work closely with the Marketing teams to understand brand objectives and integrate them into design concepts and assets Design with a focus on user experience, ensuring that digital assets are not only visually appealing but also enhance the overall user journey and engagement; selling the Brand and driving appointment conversion Partner with UX team to conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on design improvements Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of digital assets Implement innovative design solutions to elevate the brand's digital presence Collaborate with SEO team to integrate visual elements seamlessly with written content, enhancing the overall impact of blogs, articles, and SEO pages Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including infographics, videos, and interactive elements Manage multiple design and asset creation projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines Prioritize tasks effectively to meet the fast-paced demands of Service Line campaign and Merchandising agenda Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field Proven experience (3 years) as a Digital Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital assets created for landing pages, SEO, blogs, and other marketing materials Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Figma) and knowledge of other relevant design and prototyping tools Understanding of SEO principles and their integration into design for optimized digital assets Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think critically about design choices Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
