What are the responsibilities and job description for the MSL Vacunas position at 731 Pfizer S.R.L.?
The MSL is a field Medical Affairs representative with a high scientific background who interacts with main stakeholders with and assigned therapeutic area. One of the key responsabilities is to implement specific scientific action in accordance to Medical Affairs Plan. Primary responsabilities: 1. Foster collaborative relationships with opinion leaders/medical community/academic centers and facilitate the exchange of an unbiased scientific information between the medical community and the company. 2. Provide accurate, up-to-date and balanced scientific information about the assigned products. 3. Conduct technical presentatios to ensure accessibility of scientific information and to expand the current sctientific knowledge about the assigned product. 4. Upon external request for information, disseminates/shows scientfics data regarding our product to health care profesionals including but not limited to physicians, hospital practicioners and formulary committees, consultant pharmacists, healt care authorities and health care providers, according to currently policies and SOPs. Works closely with medical manager/CML to 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs/local medical community, in accordance with the strategies developed by Medical Managers/CML to further understand and gain both insights and/or input regarding treatment patterns and unmet medical need. 2. Support payer education initiatives 3. Provide scientific information to HCPs about Pfizer pipeline (clinical trials design, efficacy of results and safety profile data) upon unsolicited requests only. 4. Be an internal reference/consultant with the TA for other colleagues in the company 5. Attend scientific meetings, review scientific journals and be updated inside the TA. 6. Interact with HCPs in scientific international, regional, national or local meetings 7. Participate in Ad Boards 8. Development of KOLs/key stakeholders mapping. 9. Develop and implement CME activities in alignment with Medical Affairs strategies. 10. Build strong relationships with Universties, Academic Institutions, Local Scientific Societies and Cooperative Groups. 11. Collaborate with the Medical Manager/CML in IIR review and oversight 12. Communicate competitive intelligence information from the field to internal stakeholders 13. Identify and communicate local medical gaps related to the assigned therapeutic area 14.
