JOB DESCRIPTION
*This is NOT for Carrollton, this posting is for a new location in Dallas on Coit and Arapaho*
The Manager assumes full responsibility for everything at their stand – all aspects of day-to-day and strategic operations. This includes the location’s sales growth, profitable operation, and the preservation of 7 Brew’s amazing culture and spirit in alignment with our Core Values, creed and mission statement. In addition to working scheduled shifts, the Manager is expected to coach, train, perform admin duties, and oversee operations. The Stand Manager is responsible for the following:
Culture and Team
- As leader of his or her crew, create and maintain genuine connections with the team members on an individual level.
- Develop every member of your crew into excellent baristas, and develop some of your crew into company leaders.
- Get to know your crew on a personal level, help them develop as individuals and pursue their goals.
- Ensure crew is knowledgeable of and meeting all local health code requirements.
- Be comfortable addressing issues with team members, cultural or operational.
- Facilitate team development through monthly meetings and events with the Shift Leads and Brewistas.
- Insure all of your team is committed to delivering an authentic, exceptional customer experience.
- Train and develop Shift Leads to maintain exceptional quality on all shifts.
- Create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions

Financial Management and Operational Success
- Effectively manage all aspects of stand inventory counting, ordering and reporting to achieve Costs of Good Sold (COGS) targets.
- Effectively plan and manage weekly staffing and shift achieves targeted labor goals while still ensuring quick wait times and smooth, fun operations.
- Ensure appropriate cash handling, bank deposits, and change for the stand.
- Monitor and maintain necessary small wares.
- Take ownership of growing sales by developing relationships and strategies for community engagement, in person and online.
- Maintain excellent wait times and customer interactions
- Establish total oversight for the financials of your stand, managing expenses to hit targeted goals.
- Ensure that you have the correct amounts of well-maintained equipment.
- Take full ownership of overcoming obstacles at your stand. Problems are completely your responsibility until they are resolved.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The Stand Manager must be able to:
- Be proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Effectively lead and direct multiple personality types under pressure
- Work carefully and quickly with hot water and coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Work outside for prolonged periods, in all weather conditions
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Stand comfortably for hours at a time
- Frequently and quickly run in and around the stand as needed.
- Frequently climb a ladder and use a stepladder
- Stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock and clean in the stand.
- Safely use a utility knife
- Have beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- Work a flexible schedule, which can include early mornings (5 a.m.) and some late nights (11:30 p.m.)
- Visit the stand outside of scheduled shifts to coach, observe, train, and perform administrative duties.
- Work most Fridays and Saturdays and be available to work holidays, if necessary
- Be capable of running your stand at a high level without needing to work more than 45 hours per week, save for occasional exceptions or during the opening of the stand.
- Be available by phone or in person to promptly address any needs at all times.
COMPENSATION
- $55,000 base salary prior to stand opening
- $65,000 base salary upon stand opening
- Incentive bonus based on targeted financial results (to be discussed and agreed).

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
