Head Teller Position
802 Credit Union is accepting applications for a Head Teller in our Barre office. We are looking for someone to be a leader for our frontline and is committed to providing outstanding service to our members.
This position is responsible for supervising the teller area, giving direction to and motivating our frontline team and meeting the financial needs of our members. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing all duties of an exceptional teller, and also one who is able to encourage the frontline team to meet Branch goals. Other responsibilities would include training, cash drawer/vault management and audits, as well as staff development and support.
In addition to this, to be able to discuss loan options with our members and take a completed application. This position is Monday – Friday and approx. 2 Saturdays per month.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
