JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/objective
The Director of Marketing will serve as a critical member of the team and should be someone who works well independently and brings high skill and creativity to a fast paced and driven F&B environment.
Essential functions
- Oversee and execute marketing strategy for F&B venues
- Create compelling marketing content to drive guest experience and create more brand awareness
- Use data and analytics regularly to make decisions related to marketing campaigns and target audiences
- Collaborate with other departments and leaders on marketing initiatives to ensure business alignment
- Attend and oversee successful execution of marketing events
- Manage all marketing communications, both internal and external to ensure awareness
- Other duties as assigned
Work environment
This will be primarily an office role but regular commuting to venues as well as business events locally will be required
Physical demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift to 15lbs at a time
Required education and experience
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing/advertising with F&B focus preferred
- At least 2 years in a management role
- Must be able to oversee full life cycle of marketing initiatives from concept to execution

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
