Job Posting for Merchandise clerk at 85C Bakery Cafe
We are seeking an entry-level Merchandise Management Clerk to join our team in Buena Park. Act as an liaison between Production & Stores, meet store / customer demand and maximize sales.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to store inquiries via phone, email, or through messages in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve store complaints and issues by providing effective solutions and following up to ensure store satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of store interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to address store needs and concerns
- Assist with other team member related tasks as needed
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of bakery industry trends and best practices
- Required to work on weekend.
