Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, handles customer freight inquiries by answering inbound calls for pickups.
Responsibilities
- Answers inbound calls for pickups
- Accurately enters all necessary data for pickups and sends to terminals
- Routes non-pickup calls to appropriate parties
- Performs other duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Typing 50 wpm with 10 key accuracy
- Demonstrated proficiency in Internet and email
- Experience in customer service
- Effective oral and written communication skills
Pay Rate : $16.56 - $18.93 per hour, based on experience
