Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Local Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing for disaster restoration companies and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This position offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling to accommodate other commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with local lead sources, including insurance agents, property managers, and other relevant professionals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote 911 Restoration of Southern Utah's services and brand within the local community.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify target markets and opportunities for business growth.
• Assist clients in understanding our services and how we can help solve their problems effectively.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of marketing activities, including leads generated, conversions, and ROI analysis.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Participate in networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on marketing performance and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in marketing for disaster restoration companies preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend events.
