Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts, responsible for day-to-day client relationships of 2-3 accounts
• Manage the collaboration and execution of all integrated marketing communications across marketing and advertising, as well as partner agencies
• Support internal and external teams through effective cross-functional collaboration, ensuring accuracy and efficient communication across all channels
• Manage and execute the tactical execution of all agency output, inclusive of briefs, media plans, marketing plans, creative work and more
• Oversee and manage all workflow and ensure all client direction and feedback is managed and clearly articulated to the agency teams to provide accurate plans and deliver on client expectations and high quality work
• Ensure the coordination of various internal disciplines to collaborate and solve complex client issues
• Responsible for client financial and billing accuracy
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3 years of advertising and marketing experience
• BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prepare clean and concise client-ready documents
• Manage multiple projects and clients without missing a beat
• Strong leadership skills
• Outstanding organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to demonstrate interpretation capabilities
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills who demonstrates empathy and commitment to the client and the agency team
• Maintain grace under pressure

The salary range below includes variation between all locations, and offers a reflection of the highest potential and/or eventual salary in this position. There is no standard offer, as each is based on experience, location, and other factual criteria.
