The role of Sales Administrator will be focused on customer service, sales administration and managing daily office duties while assisting the Sales and Service Teams.

Major Goals and Responsibilities:
The following job responsibilities are intended to reflect the major responsibilities of the job, but do not describe the minor duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities. Incumbent will be required to satisfactorily perform all essential functions of the job.
- Follow up with customers for sales information and to continue to build relationships
- Complete and process sales orders, order equipment and accessories
- Assist in scheduling Technicians for equipment installs, services, moves, and pick-ups
- Process necessary paperwork for machine installs, moves, and removals
- Distribute leads to sales and keep track of leads
- Utilize strategic thinking and planning to assist the Sales and Service teams within the office
- Proactively take charge of office items that require completion and assist as needed
- Perform account reviews
- Update used machine list
- Import client information, leads, and service calls and analysis into Sherpa, E-automate and perform remote tech
- Monitor multiple different email accounts
Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel Formulas
- Strict attention to detail, organization, and professionalism
- Personable, customer-centric, honest, and trustworthy
- Excellent time management skills: ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, energetic, and hardworking
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Two Year Degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Experience in an Office/Call Center style setting
