Residential Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential facility, providing care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or similar settings.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise staff in providing quality care to residents
- Coordinate and oversee daily activities and schedules
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Provide direct support to residents with activities of daily living
- Implement programs for memory care, dementia care, and other specialized services
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Assist residents with mobility needs, including lifting when necessary

Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of assisted living or nursing home regulations and best practices
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to residents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in direct support or related field is a plus

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
