Overview :
Location : Hybrid- West of Pittsburgh, PA
Job Type : Full Time / Permanent
Work Authorization : U.S. Citizen or Green Card.
The A.C. Coy Company is currently hiring for a Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Specialist will oversee the transportation and storage of products and materials.
Responsibilities :
Manages all domestic outbound shipments
Manages preparation of orders with Production Room personnel
Creates CI / PLs for international pick-up orders
Ship Confirms all shipments in Oracle
Administrator for Canadian shipments
Has open communication with 3rd party shipping / freight companies
Provides tracking information if requested by another department
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Education : Associate degree or equivalent years of work experience, required
Two to five years of experience in a shipping warehouse required
Extensive knowledge of export regulations and procedures
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficiency with computerized distribution systems
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
