Southern Glazer's wine and spirits seeks Ariba Procure to Pay Specialist to be part of the Corporate Procurement team and an important role in helping to maintain the company's Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) system and to help our Procurement team by collect data and running analytics for the department.

• This person will work with the Ariba team to maintain & grow the Ariba P2P system. -This position will oversee and perform Procurement P2P activities necessary to support all SGWS Departments and locations The role is a two-prong position which includes working as : -Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) Specialist Work with the Ariba team to maintain & grow the Ariba P2P system.
• Subject matter expert of P2P processes and systems with the goal to understand various business unit(s) and challenges faced as it relates to P2P activity-Manage purchase order activity-Reconcile invoice exceptions related to PO pricing and quantity discrepancies-Researches, performs root cause analysis and resolves a high volume of internal and external inquiries-Adding & maintaining Users & user approval groups.
• Adding & maintaining Vendors.-Creating & maintaining Punchout Catalogs-Creating & maintaining CIF catalogs o Creating & maintaining Blanket Purchase orders-Helping users with Ariba questions & problems.
• Helping to ensure transactions are flowing through the Ariba system.-Ensuring that Purchase Requisitions are being approved.
• Helping users resolve Invoice Reconciliations (PO Received Quantity Variances, PO Quantity Variances , PO Price Variances, PO Amount Variances , Tax Variances)-Reconciles vendor accounts through monthly statement reviews, analyzing detailed invoice postings where variances are identifiedProcurement Data Specialist Work with the Procurement department to collect data from its various systems.

This includes : -Collecting data from the companies SAP ERP system.-Running analytics, creating Excel Spreadsheets & PowerPoint presentations to show data in an understandable format.

• Working on ad hoc projects. Helping to maintain our Spend Analytics tool.-Identify gaps between existing processes and recommend process improvement areas-Facilitate sessions with operations, subject matter experts, and / or business owners-Provide backup for other team members within the department Skills and Experience Needed : -Must have experience in maintaining Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.-Strong computer skills and word processing-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with MS Office : Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams as well as SAP including Ariba, SharePoint-Capable of extracting & analyzing data from company's systems.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel including : VLOOKUPS, IF Statements, Pivot Tables
