Job Description:
A&E Cage Company, LLC is seeking an experienced professional to join our team and grow with our organization. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time position as a Administrative Assistant/Customer Service with a fast-paced growing company.
Expected hours are Monday – Friday 40 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handling customer inquiries regarding order placement, pricing, delivery confirmation as well as other pertinent order management questions
Process Sales Orders, Packing Lists, and Invoices
Manage e-commerce order fulfillment systems (EDI & PORTALS)
Create estimates for potential sales
Cross reference items purchased history in customer accounts
Freight Claims
Follow up with our factory for replacement parts
Process order fulfillments
Rate quoting for freight and ground orders
Communicating with multiple factories in a variety of time zones
Managing the collection of customer accounts
Identify and resolve any payment problems that occur
Posting payments and credits daily
General bookkeeping duties
Running errands
Stocking supplies
Sorting and sending mail
Answering and routing phone calls
Managing social media
Position Requirements:
Passionate about providing outrageous customer service
1-year accounting experience preferred
Ability to produce accurate work efficiently
NetSuite experience preferred
We are open to considering a highly motivated entry level candidate
Valid Driver License
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure
Strong computer skills including internet, Microsoft Office, etc.
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting $20.00 per hour/ 40 hour work week
