THE ROLE: Recruiter (Temporary - 9 month assignment) We are looking for a Recruiter to join our TA Team for up to 9 months. You will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our hiring managers and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO: Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables. This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, screening candidates, advising on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers Candidate management – develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing Work cross-functionally across the A E People Team Source stellar candidates – look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative techniques, with a focus on diverse pipelines YOUR STORY: At least 1 year of experience in Recruiting, either in house or at an external agency Comfortable with sourcing directly for candidates and doing cold reach outs At least 1 years' experience in managing or owning the hiring manager/client relationship Due to the sensitive information this individual will encounter, they must understand the importance of confidentiality. Flexible, organized, focused, has strong attention to detail and have excellent follow-up skills within a fast-paced environment Please note project assignment associates are engaged to provide service to A E Networks on a temporary basis in connection with a specific project. Project assignment associates are hired and employed through a third party vendor with a duration/tenure of no longer than eighteen (18) months.
