What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caseworker position at A Fathers' Place?
We want to add a new member to our team of committed professionals working to provide a wide range of services.
A Father's Place believes every child deserves to have an engaged father in their lives. We hold this truth at the center of a curriculum that focuses on all aspects of healthy Fatherhood; Health, Economic Mobility, and Relationships.
We serve as a critical link in Father's lives, helping assist, serve, develop, and navigate participants through our program. We provide a fully developed education curriculum and assist in coordinating and delivering services.
Our team of Case Workers devote their time to living and educating Fathers on these values to ensure the betterment of their respected families and the continued wellbeing of our community.
Caseworkers at A Father's Place excel at planning, implementing, and ensuring all activities are in place while championing ways to develop and improve our program.
And our entire team works together to coordinate services for clients across multiple agencies and regularly communicates with State and local Managers on successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Are you a relationship builder that thrives on connecting with your clients while assessing their needs and offering direct assistance to overcome any challenges and barriers related to Fatherhood?
Can you operate as a liaison between outside agencies, participants, family services, and other contacts to assist with participants' needs?
Are you a detailed record keeper that can maintain accurate and insightful case notes in an electronic records system?
Are you an active group facilitator that can inspire conversation?
Are you passionate about continuing to grow and increase your knowledge?
But, most importantly, do you believe that children deserve to have an engaged and positive Father in their lives?
If so, send us your resume detailing your casework and educational experience; we'd love to talk with you to see if you will fit with our fantastic team.
*Please note, attention to detail is a required skill for this position. You will only be considered for this role if you complete all portions of this Indeed posting.*
