We are in immediate need of an incredible Marketing Assistant to take a unique, customer-oriented approach to their campaigns and be the primary liaison between our major clients and their customers.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent or upcoming graduates to kickstart their career in marketing. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks and projects, helping to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and company revenue.
This position provides an excellent platform for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic marketing environment.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant : Investigate and solve customer inquiries and market the services and products available to them to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Lead by example and eventually train other staff members on promotional strategies. Provide exceptional product and customer service.
Manage in-field promotional marketing campaigns and close a sale is needed. Assist in the development and implementation of the client’s brand campaigns.
Further brand education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars. Share best practices and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team Marketing Coordinator & Sales team.
