Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, DOE.
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Work Location: Southern Oregon Coast Region – Bandon, OR

Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
- Ability to read prints and drawings, a plus.
- Experience with installing ductwork, registers, thermostats, fireplaces, start-up installed equipment and adjust to the job and manufacturers specifications, troubleshoot, and adapt to resolve/repair any/all issues.
- Maintain communication with your manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements.
- Keep your truck inventory up to date.
- Properly complete paperwork, daily logs, records of all maintenance functions, and material per job. Prepare operational reports as needed.
- Attention to detail.
- Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks.
- Always maintain safety standards.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Update job-related knowledge or skills.
- Assisting with customers' queries.
Qualifications:
- Valid and insurable driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience.
- Certifications and training in HVAC, preferred.
- On-the-job training and continuing education assistance provided.
- Have verifiable work history and references.
- Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers in person, by phone and email.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in small spaces.
- Must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, be highly skilled in problem solving and accurate resolutions, have a keen sense of urgency, be flexible, and demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks timely and effectively.
- Have a great attitude that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Must be punctual with a clean presentation of them self and be prepared to work every day to provide reliable support for your team with excellent timeliness and attendance.
