AJ Alberts Plumbing is an ethical, growing company and we are looking for top talent! Our service sales have doubled in the last year and continue to grow! We just had another record month! AJ Alberts has added additional services and coverage areas and will continue to do the same. Located in Woodbury since 1989, AJ Alberts services the 7-county metro area and western WI, performing a wide variety of boiler, plumbing, drain cleaning, and water conditioning services.

Job Summary:

Position: Full-Time Office Manager located in Woodbury.
Compensation type: Salaried.
Compensation: $50,000 to $65,000.
Benefits: 401K, Health, Dental, PTO.

You will wear many hats—sometimes managing others in the office, sometimes performing the tasks required to make the operation run smoothly, call taking and dispatching for example. Key Responsibilities:

Manage our Service Titan Software system to fully utilize its capabilities. Act as the expert/administrator, providing answers or finding solutions to questions and issues as they arise.
Ensure Payroll, AP, and AR processes are performed consistently and accurately.
Manage the dispatching and call-taking functions effectively ensuring the best calls are on the best technicians.
Invoice customers as needed.
Ensure we respond appropriately and quickly to customer requests by phone, email, and text and respond appropriately to Google reviews.
Perform office-related tasks: onboarding new employees, pulling permits, ordering supplies, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Significant experience with Service Titan software and desire to master it in all aspects.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and customers.
Proactive attitude, keen intelligence, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
A College degree is preferred but not required.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Work schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM & occasional additional hours as business requires.
You may occasionally work from home, but this is generally an in-office position.
