Title: Account Supervisor III – Implementation Manager
Location: Johnston, RI
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST
The Account Supervisor - Implementation Manager (IM) is responsible for directing all aspects of cash management, product/service set-up, and training for new and existing clients of Treasury Solutions. Acting as a central point of contact for the client, the IM will develop customized plans for each client and direct required internal partners (i.e., legal, product, operations, technology, risk, and sales) to ensure delivery of products and services within agreed upon time frames, with full ownership of end-to-end processes, from client commitment to revenue generation. The IM will operate independently day-to-day with only general supervision, making decisions regarding client on-boarding projects without seeking management approval. They will routinely manage less complex and lower revenue client implementations.

Position Qualifications
- 1 – 3 years of experience and detailed knowledge of cash management products and an understanding of the sales process and client needs that drive usage of these products
- An understanding of the technical aspects of products/services, both from a functionality perspective and an operations/setup perspective, including the ability to articulate details to less technical audiences (Client and Sales)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage deliverables from multiple partners and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment
- Ability to work well with Product Management, Sales, Customers, and Technical System Staff to resolve issues and problems
- Ability to develop relationships with business partners to ensure objectives are met and the client has the best possible experience
- Proficiency with workflow tools, such as SalesForce, MS Project, MS Excel, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to adapt and tailor messages to specific audiences (Sales, Product, Operations, and Client)
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and under pressure
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related technical field preferred; relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of Degree
