Job Description
Title: Content Creator
Location: Westwood, MA/Johnston, RI (3-days onsite, 2-days remote hybrid schedule)
The Content Creator will create and publish content within the Content Management System used for our public facing website. This project specifically, will be to work closely with a cross functional team (UX, Strategy, SEO, Dev, Biz SMEs) to create and build a microsite specific to the newly acquired bank function, including conception, creation, build, and review processes. The Content Creator will use OpenText EStudio to develop different types of content, such as articles, product pages, and whitepapers. Ideal candidates for this role should have the ability to work in fast paced, evolving environment and participate in key project meetings. The Content Creator reports to Head of Content Publishing, and has direct involvement with a cross functional team. Key functions include, but are not limited to:
- Publishing content to the live site, adhering to defined requirements and best practices
- Updating and creating content within our content management system using existing templates and components
- Coordinating the delivery for content requests such as adds, edits, and removal of content
- Leveraging basic coding knowledge to assist with troubleshooting
Position Qualifications
- 3 years in digital marketing or website content management roles
- Demonstrated website management or website content management experience
- Experience with content management practices, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Motivated and determined self-starter with creativity, an analytical thinking ability, strong attention to detail, and a quality assurance mindset/orientation
- Ability to take initiative and work on competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to work well independently within an Agile based team environment, maintaining a high level of self-regulation and composure
- Experience working in JIRA software preferred
- Experience working with OpenText (ideally Estudio version), Adobe Experience Manager, or Adobe Target preferred
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required
