Overview

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for interaction with the Analytical and Operations teams to provide technical guidance on the use of various systems that are vital for the rating process, including BCRS and DMS.
Responsibilities
* Interaction with domestic and international Analytical, Operational, Systems, Compliance and other key teams to provide technical guidance on the use of various systems that are vital for the rating process, including BCRS, DMS and additional proprietary and third party systems (Top Desk and Work front).
* Creating and maintaining specification documentation to support system enhancements.
* Identify inefficiencies in systems and work flow processes and propose system enhancements to address those deficiencies.
* Provide daily guidance to Rating Division Analytical and Operation teams regarding BCRS/DMS functionality, via monitoring of the BCRSIssues and DMSIssue inboxes.
* Partner with current team members to facilitate and conduct analytical and IT training sessions.
* Analyze inquiries to assist in determining if user training and/or system enhancements are required based upon interaction with users
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree required
* 2-4 years' of experience preferred
Skills
* Strong attention to detail • Solid communication skills • Highly organized • Beginner/Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of 3rd Party Top Desk/Work front (a plus) • Able to approach job function with a "customer service" positive attitude of assisting analytical teams • Ability to support multiple groups concurrently • Proactive in proposing / developing solutions to operational workflow issues
