Responsibilities:

The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for the promotion of new products and strengthening partner relationships to expand our business opportunities and reach new partners and customers

The incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of our go-to-market strategies and campaign launches to share A-MAX’s value proposition

The Partner Marketing Manager will employ data-driven marketing analysis to drive both strategic and integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand

Execute a partner marketing program plan that supports objectives for marketing sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue

Plan and execute strategic marketing partnership activities to generate partner-sourced leads and revenue

Build and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to fulfill strategic partnership objectives and reach target audiences to drive business results

Work with business development and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design partner strategy initiatives and campaigns

Identify and allocate resources appropriately for coverage with strategic, technology, solutions, and partners

Work with the partner team, marketing managers, digital teams, and sales, to devise and oversee campaign timelines that support a forward-thinking planning process

Continually monitor and maximize campaign Return on Investment (ROI) through report and dashboard creation; provide insights to marketing teams

Analyze marketing growth opportunities to drive results into actionable recommendations and enhancements

Play a key role in reviewing and enhancing tools and technology to improve tracking, attribution, audience segmentation, and reporting

Build joint strategic plans with key partners to generate long-term growth

Develop and manage relationships with external partners, including vendors, affiliates, and other companies

Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities that align with the company's objectives and brand values

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and techniques into partnership marketing strategies
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline
-
5 years of experience in a Business 2 Business (B2B) marketing or partner development role and a proven track record of success in developing and executing joint marketing initiatives with external partners

Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position
-
Knowledge of integrations and UTM parameter building & tracking

Familiarity with Google Analytics and LookerStudio Reports

Familiarity with affiliate bid platforms

Familiarity with different SEO tools like Semrush
-
Knowledge of integrations and UTM parameter building & tracking

Affiliate marketing and insurance experience a PLUS

Experience in project management, budget, and resources to support success and efficiency

Proven experience working in Partner Marketing Programs to drive revenue (ie: affiliate partnerships/marketing)

Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns

Knowledge of marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends

Knowledge and understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and can identify opportunities to maximize demand for partner solutions

Understanding of integrated delivery mechanisms, campaign frameworks, and processes, and technologies in an overall demand creation approach
