We are looking for a Medical Receptionist/MA with strong multi-line phone system experience to join us in our Jacksonville clinic. This position will be responsible for coordinating with the medical provider and staff; checking patients in and out; booking appointments; scanning documents as needed; assisting with daily reports and maintaining supply levels. We are looking for a team player who is dependable and outgoing with a positive attitude. Microsoft Office and multi line phone experience a MUST. Phlebotomy skills are a plus.
