Position Overview: Client Services Order Support Specialist
A R is seeking a career-minded, detail-oriented profession with a penchant for customer service to join our downtown Los Angeles headquarters.
This full-time Client Services Order Support Specialist will report to the Logistics Manager, monitoring order and delivery status for both trade and consumer clientele, as well as related department colleagues. Tasks include but are not limited to organizing and tracking vendor and client deliveries, assessing order status, handling claims and supporting the logistics department.
A R team members work both independently and collaboratively, providing a first-rate client experience.
Candidates must have a desire to learn and thrive. This full-time shift runs Monday-Friday and is onsite in our downtown showroom. Eight-hour shift start- and end-times are negotiable after training.

Required Qualifications:
Self-starter with the initiative and curiosity to learn, and the drive, patience and organizational skills to succeed;
Capacity to listen to and assess client and colleague needs and provide informed guidance and relevant information;
Collaborate with co-workers, when applicable, to ensure a full and effective customer service experience;
Proficiency to communicate in English, both verbal and in writing;
Deft and resourceful in problem solving in a fast-paced environment, organizational and IT/computer skills;
Knowledge of Mac OS, MS Office software, Gmail and web navigation.
Ability to plan strategically and execute tactically;
Innate curiosity and resourcefulness to adapt even in sudden changes in workflow
Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule—8-hour shifts, 5 days a week;

Key Responsibilities:
Assist and support Logistics Manager with international and national logistics needs;
Being an integral team member providing support, processing complex requests;
Interface with multiple warehouses to organize orders, prepare BOL's, collect POD's, etal;
Service clients to arrange, schedule and confirm freight and residential deliveries;
Interface with software systems and spreadsheets to update inbound and outbound shipments, and provide weekly status reports to Logistics Manager;
Process and resolve damage and loss claims with multiple carriers;
Process and resolve damages, lost shipments, incorrect products and related issues, including but not limited to negotiating settlements and solutions with suppliers and carriers;
Update inventories by integrating suppliers warehouse stock into A R systems;
Operating inventory and organizational systems; verify product availability; and resolve any SKU and related discrepancies;
Processing product purchases and returns; among other customer-service related duties;
Placing purchase orders to manufacturers, implementing order procedures specific to the product requirements with the vendor or warehouse and/or interfacing with vendor B2B websites;
Prioritizing multiple tasks is part of the workflow, and navigating this by being organized, detail-oriented and communicative is paramount;
Monitoring warehouse inventory and placing orders based on stock availability; verifies product availability and, when necessary, description and pricing; verifies the validity of orders’ delivery terms, shipping date, and cancel date;
Processing invoices and payment links;
Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, fostering open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment;
Maintain security and safety standards in care of customers, colleagues and merchandise, and as specified as a key holder, including opening and closing procedures (alarm, etc);
Participate in training sessions and meetings; sharing knowledge on products, industry and related news with colleagues;
Actively uphold brand, operational and appearance standards according to A R directives and standards;
