The Administrative – Customer Service Support person is a key position for this organization. You will be responsible for maintaining the office and assisting customers.
- Answering phones, assisting customers with questions, and resolving issues
- Responding to emails
- Greeting clients arriving to the office
- Processing orders
- Invoicing
- Assisting with inventory management and order fulfillment
- Data entry
- Filing
- Assisting with coordinating meetings
- Providing general administrative support for the office
