What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at A Rustic Garden, Ltd?
The first person our customer contacts about product information, resolution seeking and peace of mind about ordering online. Our customer can count on you to provide accurate information, to be respectful and professional and to over-communicate every step of the way.
Day to day work:
Processes orders daily and prints sales receipts
Professionally answers phone calls and follows up on emails
Pays vendor invoices and files bills
Sends shipment tracking information to freight customers
Provides email information to other internal staff
Disputes shipping errors with freight companies and Fedex
Communicates orders statuses to staff about customer needs and special requests on sales orders
Updates and integrates sales system to accounting system
Qualifications:
Two years business experience
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Computer skills to use online vendor portals, ShipStation and Quickbooks Online
Hourly Wage:
$16.05 - $21.64
Performance-based raise opportunities
Overtime available in peak season of March thru July
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.05 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
