Data Analyst

A-V Services Inc., a leading AV company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical and computing industry, seeks a Data Analyst. Must have great customer service with emphasis supporting the corporate work sector.

Responsibilities:

· 5 years of experience using Business Intelligence reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, Einstein Analytics, Looker for the creation and automation of Enterprise Scale dashboards.

· 5 years of experience writing advanced SQL, performance tuning of BI queries, data modeling, and data mining, data wrangling from multiple sources (SQL, ETL, data warehousing).

· Strong visualization design and development experience with Tableau and/or other Business Intelligence tools.

· Possess a strong foundation in data analytics, an understanding and foundation in data science.

· Basic scripting skills (python, R, etc.,) will be great to have.

· Expert in Microsoft Office-Excel, PowerPoint.

Development of global event support processes

· Event Management Software data entry

· Standardizing support processes globally

· Outlining and documenting process operations

Maintenance of global processes

· Continued communication with global AV and event support teams

· Oversight of regional processes to align them with global standards

· Reviewing EMS data entry for process drift

· Providing point of contact for regional team questions and concern

Documentation

· Maintaining process documentation library

· Providing support metrics data

· Supporting risk initiatives and RFI
